Terms and conditions

These are the only Terms and Conditions of Sale upon which we will agree to a contract with you. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply to your order, shall be those, which you accepted at the time of ordering.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale you acknowledge that, you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have released and discharged the provider(s)/owner(s) and creator(s) of this site from any and all liability that might arise from use of this website, products and services and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If for any reason part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be affected.

Contract

A contract is formed between us when we ship your order (and not prior to). Orders are not deemed to be accepted until we receive full payment including postage costs and an Order Confirmation e-mail is received by you from www.saucynovelties.co.uk. Products are available from www.saucynovelties.co.uk to customers within our agreed shipping zones only. (Please note any orders placed in error or from outside these areas will be subject to a £4.00 administration charge which will be deducted from any refund you require). www.saucynovelties.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw from any contract in the case of technical, typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on our web site.

Ordering

Ordering couldn't be simpler or more fun.

1. Browse the different catagories of our on-line catalogue by using the links in the menu column. If you wish to purchase an item, you simply click add to cart and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
2. Once you have added your item to the cart, click on continue shopping and this will take you back to the product you have just purchased, you can now continue shopping and adding more items to your shopping cart in the same way.
3. Once you have completed your shopping, click on view cart and then click proceed to checkout, you will then be directed to Paypal Secure Transaction server where you can select your method of payment.

All customers can pay on-line using any Credit/Debit card or by using your Paypal account. UK customers can pay by cheque/postal order if preferred, once you have viewed your shopping cart, click on proceed to checkout, this will show your order including postage costs, print a copy of your invoice (your completed order) and send with your payment and all relevant information required, see payment section for more details.

Prices & Stock Availability

All products shown on our web site are supplied from our own stock. On the rare occasion that we do not have an item in stock, we will try to offer you a suitable alternative. We will always contact you first to gain your approval of alternatives offered before shipping any goods. If you wish to cancel your order in part, due to items being unavailable to us, we will refund monies paid for this item within 30 days of notification. We will then ship the remainder of your order in the usual manner. If you wish to cancel your order in whole, due to any items being unavailable to us, we will refund all monies paid within 30 days of order cancellation. The price of the goods will be as specified on our web site at the point of purchase and will remain fixed throughout the transaction. All product prices exclude postage costs and are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Prices are subject to alterations without prior notice or any liability on our part.

Photographic images are not intended to be exact representations of the products. Products shown are not necessarily to scale and slight variation of the goods is possible. Product images, information and descriptions submitted or contained in our web site shall in no way be deemed to form part of the contract between us and are shown for general guidance/reference only. All products, images and information contained within our web site may be amended, changed or updated without prior notice or any liability on our part.

Credit Card Security

For your added security, www.saucynovelties.co.uk accepts payment by all major credit/debit cards online using Paypal Secure Transaction server. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this payment processing service. Paypal is a well-known, trusted and secure method of payment. www.saucynovelties.co.uk does not store or hold any credit/debit card details. When you reach the point of paying for your goods, you will be transferred to the Paypal Secure Transaction server.

Payment

www.saucynovelties.co.uk accepts on-line payments by all major credit/debit cards using Paypal Secure Transaction server. Customers within the United Kingdom Mainland and Northern Ireland can also make payments by cheque/postal order. Cheque/postal orders should be made payable to Saucynovelties.co.uk and sent to www.saucynovelties.co.uk. 29 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland, KY1 2RU. You must include the following information with your payment when paying by cheque/postal order:

1. Your full name
2. Your full postal address including postcode
3. Delivery address if different from above
4. Full description of goods required including product code, product price and postage costs
5. A contact e-mail address and telephone number

Please note that cheques can take up to 10 working days to clear. Goods will not be shipped until full payment is received or cheque cleared. www.saucynovelties.co.uk reserves the right to charge £10.00 for each unpaid cheque submitted as payment by you to us in addition to and without prejudice to any other claim.

Delivery

All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2.00pm, over the weekend or during public and bank holidays will be shipped the next available working day, subject to stock availability. If we cannot ship your order due to stock shortages within this time scale we will always e-mail you to advise.

All UK Mainland orders selecting Next Working Day Delivery are shipped via our nominated carrier APC or Royal Mail Special Delivery services unless otherwise notified to you by us.

All deliveries to Northern Ireland are shipped using Royal Mail Delivery services unless notified to you by us.

If www.saucynovelties.co.uk has any problems relating to your order, you will be advised by e-mail. Delivery will be made to the address supplied by you on the online order form. Risk of damage to, or loss of, ordered goods shall pass to you at the time the goods leave our premises for delivery. The relevant delivery company provides all delivery time scales and www.saucynovelties.co.uk accept no liability for any delay. If there is no-one available to accept delivery of your goods, a card will be left by the relevant delivery company to inform you how you can collect your goods or re-arrange delivery. It is then your responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange collection or a suitable re-delivery date. www.saucynovelties.co.uk accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. All deliveries are usually made on standard working days (Mon-Fri). If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will hold this order for 5 working days. (See Refunds/Returns Policy below for further details) If your ordered goods do not arrive, please advise admin@saucynovelties.co.uk and we will endeavour to assist you to recover your goods. Shipping of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.

Please allow 2 additional working days for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE SIGNED FOR UPON RECEIPT; PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR GOODS DELIVERED TO A SUITABLE ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE THERE TO RECEIVE THEM.

Refunds/Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods to www.saucynovelties.co.uk. 29 Dunnikier Road, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY1 2RU at your cost within 7 days of receipt. We must receive returned products as unused, in original packaging and in original condition, please include a copy of your invoice and a note for reason for return. We will, excluding all postage costs, process refunds for eligible products within 28 days of receipt of goods. Risk of damage to, or loss of, such goods shall pass to us at the time of delivery to us. Returned goods received after 7 working days will not be eligible for a refund and will be re-sent at the customers cost or disposed of if no longer required. If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will hold this order for 5 working days. After 5 working days have elapsed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for eligible products only upon customer request for the cost of goods excluding all postage costs incurred. If the goods are still required after order cancellation and subject to stock availability, we will ask for payment of all postage costs incurred to re-send a second delivery. All customer failed delivery refunds must be claimed within 35 days from date of ordering. All failed delivery refunds claimed after 35 days from date of ordering will be issued a credit note valid for 6 months from date of issue. Credit notes are not transferrable. All perishable/saucy edibles products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Goods supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Fun undies/Underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the conditions are not met as outlined in Exceptions in Order Cancellation section, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost. We strongly recommend you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of posting is obtained. We cannot refund on returned goods not received by us.

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, please contact admin@saucynovelties.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your online order. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods, please see Refunds/Returns Policy.

Exceptions

You cannot cancel an order if:

1. You have received your goods and retained possession of them for longer than 7 days. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Goods are sold as perishable/saucy edibles product. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Goods are sold as fun undies/underwear. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Goods have been supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Goods have been supplied that are not advertised on our website and have been specially ordered by customer request. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Goods have been used. These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above exceptions apply then we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged/faulty goods to inform us of the problem. Goods found to be damaged/faulty must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you require a replacement, upon www.saucynovelties receiving the damaged/faulty item we will pay to re-send goods and refund your return postage costs. If you prefer a full refund, this will be processed within 30 days upon www.saucynovelties.co.uk receiving the damaged/faulty goods and will include postage costs incurred relating to the damaged/faulty item(s). If delivery is not refused, or you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect. We shall have no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, damage during transit, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow instructions (whether written or oral), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods.

The buyer shall be responsible for ensuring that all statutory, government or local authority regulations are complied with in relation to accessing our website or obtaining any service(s)/product(s) from www.saucynovelties.co.uk. All goods sold through www.saucynovelties.co.uk are sold as novelty goods only.

We only use personal information collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information will only be used for the effective purpose of processing your order. We do not store your credit/debit card details and we will not pass your personal details to any third parties.
